AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania (PA) Community HealthChoices (CHC) offers training and education as an important part of our commitment to delivering superior care to our Participants, including mandated annual training for network home- and community-based services (HCBS) providers. Please remember to complete the attestation after completing the annual training.
